Welcome to a supportive space where counselling, psychotherapy and breathwork gently guide you toward the changes you’ve found difficult to make alone. Here, you can slow down, find calm, process emotional pain, and rebuild your confidence, at a pace that feels right for you.

I use multiple trainings including Transactional Analysis, somatic exploration and breathwork for a whole mind-body approach. Each approach is invitational so if you prefer to stick to talking therapies, that works too.

Working at this deeper level allows us to work at the root causes for deep, lasting change. My approaches enable me to work with a wide variety of presentations, patterns and issues.

Sessions are available online and in Crawley. I also work with other counsellors and psychotherapists in a supervisory role.
