Reflective, supportive supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists to deepen practice, build confidence and prevent burnout

Welcome... I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy in Crawley and online, and trauma-aware breathwork, supporting nervous system regulation, anxiety support, stress and anxiety, and burnout recovery. This work helps you slow down, process emotional experiences, and create lasting change at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

My approach draws on Transactional Analysis, somatic exploration, and conscious connected breathwork, working with both mind and body when talking alone hasn’t been enough.

Sessions are available online and in Crawley. I also offer clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, alongside groups and courses focused on emotional wellbeing and regulation.

As an LGBTQ+ ally, I offer an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, where all identities and experiences are welcomed and respected.
